The Groups latest Project under the company ‘Jaysons Realties (Pvt) Ltd’ is the Brain Child of Mr. VasanthaJayasuriya. Where a land just 10 minutes away from the heart of the town, amongst the majestic Pedro Tea Estate was shaped up from simply an 8 acre plot of vegetable cultivation to a unique Luxury Gated Community. The project appears to be more passion driven than financial, with Mr. Jayasuriya’s personal attention to his pet project, which is clearly depicted from the first impression one would get when entering the ‘Little England Cottages’ .

Jaysons Minerals (Pvt) Ltd founded in December 2012 is a subsidiary company of Jaysons Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Jaysons Minerals was originally formed to facilitate a value added plant in Sri Lanka for the purpose of processing Titanium Ore. During Jaysons exploration of the opportunity they developed close ties with companies based in India, China, Australia and the United States. All companies had a common requirement. The need for access to Sri Lanka's rich mineral deposits consisting of ilmenite, rutile, zircon, garnet and quartz. As a result Jaysons Minerals registered with Lanka Mineral Sands Ltd which is the Sole fully owned and approved Government Entity permitted to mine and trade Sri Lankan Minerals.
